Any requests for special packaging (e.g., reinforced packaging) must be reported at the time of order and may involve additional costs. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Goods travel <strong>insured<\/strong> until delivery to the courier. It is the recipient&#8217;s responsibility to verify the integrity of packages at the time of delivery and report any anomalies on the transport document (e.g., written reservation) to be able to proceed with any disputes. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Customs and Taxes (EU Shipments)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>For shipments within the European Union, customs duties are normally <strong>not<\/strong> applied, but there may be local taxes or special administrative procedures in some countries.
