We exclusively accept:

Payment Methods
- For orders with card payment, the cost is charged at the time of order confirmation.
- For bank transfer, the order is processed after receipt of payment to our account. We will send you the bank details and payment instructions in the order confirmation.
Shipping
We ship to Italy and the European Union. Delivery times and rates depend on the destination and shipping format.
Shipping Areas
- Italy — flat national rate.
- European Union — divided into Zone 1, Zone 2, Zone 3 (areas are indicated during the order process).
- Zone 1: Austria, Croatia, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia.
- Zone 2: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary.
- Zone 3: Cyprus, Greece, Ireland, Malta, Portugal, Romania.
Delivery Times (Indicative)
- Italy: normally 2–5 business days from shipment.
- EU: normally 5–12 business days from shipment (variable based on zone).
- EU (Islands): normally 10–20 business days from shipment (variable based on zone).
Note: times are indicative and may vary due to force majeure, seasonality, or customs procedures.
Shipping Formats
We have the following logistics formats available:
- 1 pallet (for purchase of 70 boxes)
- 1/2 pallet (for purchase of 35 boxes)
- 1/4 pallet (for purchase of 24 boxes)
- 1/8 pallet – mini pallet (for purchase of 12 boxes)
We will indicate the shipping format in the product sheets or at checkout.

Packaging and Responsibility
- Packaging is designed to protect the contents during transport. Any requests for special packaging (e.g., reinforced packaging) must be reported at the time of order and may involve additional costs.
- Goods travel insured until delivery to the courier. It is the recipient’s responsibility to verify the integrity of packages at the time of delivery and report any anomalies on the transport document (e.g., written reservation) to be able to proceed with any disputes.
Customs and Taxes (EU Shipments)
For shipments within the European Union, customs duties are normally not applied, but there may be local taxes or special administrative procedures in some countries. In case of customs charges or taxes at destination, they will be borne by the recipient, unless otherwise agreed.
